2. The sprint
In a 6-week, pedal-to-the-floor sprint, our team of experts will roll up our sleeves and execute 10+ projects. We'll cover every base, from message strategy, to creative direction and execution, to in-the-weeds implementation.
3. The launch
At the end of the sprint we'll make the transformation real: we'll rally your team (or whole company) and manage the launch of your job openings across multiple channels.
One month after launch day, we’ll help you calculate ROI by measuring our impact on two key metrics: response rate to outbound emails, and number of referrals. We’ll also survey new hires to assess the impact of the project on their decision to join the team.
From experience, we know that other metrics will be positively affected, including number of qualified applicants, candidate NPS, ratio of engaged employees, and traffic to careers page. However, attributing the project to these metrics with any amount of rigor is either expensive, a stats nightmare, or both, and for 95% of our clients we frankly don’t recommend trying.
