From experience, we know that other metrics will be positively affected, including number of qualified applicants, candidate NPS, ratio of engaged employees, and traffic to careers page. However, attributing the project to these metrics with any amount of rigor is either expensive, a stats nightmare, or both, and for 95% of our clients we frankly don’t recommend trying.
